I help women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome balance their hormones naturally so that they can take back control of their bodies, boost their fertility and ultimately live free from the symptoms of PCOS. 

Like you I have PCOS, I was diagnosed while struggling with infertility and was told I likely would never have children. Even as a board certified Physician Assistant I felt lost about what to do, and very alone! Fast forward 5 years and I have 3 healthy children (I need to get a new picture), but I never want another woman to feel lost and alone the way I did!

Step One: Nourish it

We will kick things off by diving into how to nourish your entire body even beyond the food that you eat. Soothing your emotions without food will allow you to nourish your hormones back into balance while not feeling deprived.

Here you will gain confidence in your ability to make good choices that you will trust yourself to make as you love yourself healthy instead of hating yourself thin.

Obviously here we are going to talk about exercise. No, you don’t have to run a marathon or become a crazy bodybuilder. What you will do is make moving your body the best part of the week! A time you look forward to and guard because you can’t stand to miss it. I know you’re thinking YEAH RIGHT but take it from the girl who hated sweating, being sore from a workout, feeling like an out of shape asthmatic who didn’t belong in the gym who now moves heaven and earth so I don’t miss my workouts!  

Step Five: Plan it

Success doesn’t just happen, it requires intention and planning. With the ninja planning tools, you will learn this will only take minutes because no one has 25 hours in their day.  

Step Six: Protect it

As a caring woman, I know you want to be there for the important people in your life. In this important and powerful step, you will be able to show up for those that matter in an even bigger way by learning my success boundaries strategies so that by prioritizing yourself you harness the energy you never knew you had.

WHERE? During the 8 weeks, we'll meet weekly for Zoom (video confrence) training and coaching sessions. During these sessions, I will coach you through hurdles and blocks to help you healing your PCOS

WHEN? The majority of these sessions will be Tuesday mornings. Attending live is nice but everything will be recorded and avilable for you to rewatch. You will also have lifetime access to these trainings and the course materials
